BILDUNGSCAMPUS OASIS. Ein zukunftsorientierter Entwurf des Wiener Campus Modells

Abstract

Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit präsentiert einen zukunftsorientierten konzeptionellen Entwurf eines Bildungscampus mit dem Namen „OASIS“. Das bereits realisierte Wettbewerbsprojekt „Bildungscampus Heidemarie-Lex-Nalis“ von ‚POS Architekten’ öffnete im September 2023 seine Türen für Schüler. Ich war selbst von 2020-2023 als Projektmitarbeiterin bei POS Architekten tätig und habe am genannten Wettbewerbsprojekt von der Entwurfs- bis zur Ausführungsphase gearbeitet. Die gewonnene Expertise wird nun für den Entwurf der Diplomarbeit genutzt, um eine innovative Perspektive auf den Bauplatz in der Rappachgasse im 11. Wiener Gemeindebezirk zu präsentieren.Im Fokus steht die optimale Ausnutzung des Bauplatzes und eine offene, flexible Grundrissgestaltung. Die Flexibilität erstreckt sich von den Räumlichkeiten bis zur Möblierung, wodurch eine offene Lernlandschaft mit viel Grünraum geschaffen wird. Dabei werden Freiflächen und Außenanlagen im Erdgeschoss als öffentlicher Raum geplant.„OASIS“ dient als wegweisende Grundlage für moderne, flexible Bildungseinrichtungen der Zukunft.

This diploma thesis presents a future-oriented conceptual design for an educational campus called „OASIS“. The already realised competition project „Bildungscampus Heidemarie-Lex-Nalis“ by ‚POS Architekten‘ opened its doors to pupils in September 2023. I myself worked as a project employee at POS Architekten from 2020-2023 and worked on the aforementioned competition project from the design to the execution phase. The expertise gained will now be used for the design of the diploma thesis to present an innovative perspective on the building site in Rappachgasse in Vienna‘s 11th district.The focus is on the optimal utilisation of the building site and an open, flexible floor plan design. The flexibility extends from the rooms to the furnishings, creating an open learning landscape with plenty of green space. Open spaces and outdoor facilities on the ground floor are planned as public spaces.„OASIS“ serves as a pioneering basis for modern, flexible educational facilities of the future.
