Strategic Toolbox for Corporate Growth Corporate growth is essential for any company to survive. It is almost impossible to hold a business at steady state and growth is a major factor in valuation of companies. Management science brought many tools for strategy definition. The obvious question is: Which tools are suited best to support management in defining corporate growth? A meta-concept is developed in this master thesis: The Strategic Growth Circle. The new model recommends managing concurrently three management dimensions within three time horizons. Using a value benefit analysis, existing management tools are evaluated and mapped according the Strategic Growth Circle. Selected fourteen concepts are also introduced in greater detail to the reader. Finally, the empirical part of this thesis applies selected concepts to a real business case and verifies the findings.
