In the present study, the ensemble of an already existing pension horse farm will be expanded by an additional stabling system, as well as by an equestrian hall including service rooms. Thereby, the main focus is on the optimisation of the economical effort of the working hours. Moreover, the present facilities will be tested for their functional capacity and if necessary subjected to restructuring in accordance with the recognised principles of technology. In a first step, an analysis of the building stock is to be carried out, whereby existing deficiencies can be to demonstrated: From this, the reason for the restructuring of the entire plant should follow and become apparent. After designating the individual functional areas, the design of the stabling system, as well as the equestrian hall including service rooms will follow.
