Voluntary CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) reports are currently state of the art. Thus there are more and more companies publishing their CSR reports to show the social, ecological and economical measurements they are willing to undertake. Therefore, the question arises of how, meaningful activities can be set, to carry out the concept of sustainability. Furthermore it is necessary to introduce the employees to how to deal with this undertaking. The strategy outlined in this report on CSR-management will show how to put this into practice with the integration of sustainability objectives in both the social field, on the basis of employee satisfaction and in the ecological and economic field by the use of CO2-neutral concepts as well as by using renewable energy sources. The present strategy focuses on teaching operational measures to achieve the economic, environmental and social objectives in the field of facility management by collecting data using SAP software for the company's CSR-report. The objective of this thesis is to create the 'learning scenarios' and application examples for a training guide for learning CSR tools with applied SAP programs. The focus of creating these learning scenarios was to put on the aspects of sustainable management, such as predictive maintenance, energy conservation and energy efficiency. Likewise, the social aspect should be included in the form of employee satisfaction. The virtual company used in the training guide is a known SAP training company and is called GBI. This guide explains Facility Management by using ERP-systems and highlights the benefits of using SAP as well as introducing the role of CSR in the field of Facility Management. Due to the fact that CSR aspects should also be taught in upper secondary, technical and vocational colleges, the current learning scenarios were created to offer a training guide presenting illustrative teaching examples for college teachers. The appropriate learning theory has formed the basis for the learning scenarios and practice examples. In a rough didactical execution the different possibilities to establish data as well as its processing are pointed out. After defining the relevant CSR points the step-by-step instructions are given to create the detailed report of environmental sustainability. These didactic considerations are demonstrated in sample chapters and exercises on the subject of energy saving and fault messages.
