Nowadays, E-Learning represents an up-to-date teaching as well as learning method. Thus, it is a matter of special interest with all kinds of schools. Its utilization provides an important enhancement with further development and improvement of the education. On the other hand, it shows growing significance for education and training with management as well as university related work. The following thesis deals with general aspects of E-Learning as well as related platforms provided for the students usage. In particular, the teaching platform of the Entrepreneurs Skills Certificate and its utilization with Austrian schools will be discussed. Based on the economic content of this teaching platform, it will be used in lessons of the related education sections only. The Entrepreneurs Skills Certificate and its modules are a matter of particular interest with all involved schools and their students in the age of 12 to 19 years. The intent of the usage lies not only on an additional education task, but also with improved and deeper knowledge of entire economics. The aim of the presented work is an in-depth evaluation of the teaching platform of the Entrepreneurs Skills Certificate. Therefore, teaching and learning contents as well as important aspects of effectiveness, success, function and quality in relation to the usage will be considered and discussed in detail. In order to deal with this context more successfully, the presented work is constrained to the usage with Austrian schools only. Basically, the evaluation is carried out with qualitative and quantitative methods of empirical social research. In order to provide an objective measurement, two questionnaires, one for the teachers and one for the students, are constructed by the author and completed by them. Additionally, some interviews with teachers are done after the questionnaire. In summary, it can be concluded that the teaching platform of the Entrepreneurs Skills Certificate shows very good acceptance and evaluation with both teachers and students.
