The following paper provides an insight into mulitprojectmanagement and presents various numbers of techniques, which conduce to the selection for a projectportfolio as well as to priorization within single projectportfolios. Conventional assessment-methods, like cash value method or return on investment as well as scoring- and portfolio models are presented and their operation mode is explained.
Other important aspects are the availability of ressources and risk-management considering multiroject-management. The requirement of ressources is highlighted and implements, with the help of which the planing of ressources is carried out, are shown.
